Big changes in the market for Apple IPHONE Original Accessories

On 13th October 2020, the Tech-Giant company Apple Inc, released his first 5G Mobile Phone: Iphone 12 series. Surprisedly 12 series come with no charging adapter or EarPods in the box, but a fast charging cable is included (USB-C to Lightning cable). 

The company's reasons are straightforward. "Customers already have over 700 million Lightning headphones, and many customers have moved to a wireless experience, there are also over 2 billion Apple power adapters out there in the world, and that's not counting the billions of third-party adapters. We're removing these items from the iPhone box, which reduces carbon emissions and avoids the mining and use of precious materials."

Apple’s decision to skip the charger and EarPods sounds like a step that would reduce the company's environmental footprint. But many people clainm that it’s not that simple. As Iphone 12 series comes with a fast charging cable（USB-C to lightning）, so Iphone Users’s stock charger（5W USB Charger）are unused. Therefore people have to buy an extra charger(18W or 20W USB-C charger) to match the in-box fast charging cable(USB-C to lightning). Therefore, it’s not environmental-protection at all, and Iphone users have to pay more money to buy extra chargers from Apple or aftermarket. So the decision from Apple is quite frustrating. And it prefers a way for Apple to profit further by forcing customers to buy the products separately.

Although users are complaint & Harshly Criticised the decision, but many professionals are predicting an sale increase in Iphone series’ sales:

1) Iphone 12 series are first 5G phone of the Tech giant, more & more people are trying to buy 5G Iphone with development of 5G communication. 

2) The main competitor in High-End market like Huawei, Mobile phone business are losing many market-shares after sanctioned by United States, which lead to shortage of chips. IPHONE probably take some of Huawei shares worldwide.

So it will bring big changes to Apple Accessories market.
